Refund Policy

INTRODUCTION

We offer a fair and flexible refund policy to ensure a smooth experience for our users. This policy explains when you can request a refund and how it is processed.

FREE TRIAL & BILLING

  • Vizzard provides a 15 day FREE trial—no payment is required to start.
  • Billing starts only after the free trial expires, based on the chosen plan.
  • You may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.

PARTIAL REFUNDS & PRO-RATED CANCELLATION

We offer partial refunds based on months used (rounded up):

If you cancel mid-subscription, you will be charged for full months used, and the remaining amount will be refunded (minus taxes).
Example: If you paid for 3 months but used the software for 20 days, you will be charged for 1 full month, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds will be granted if:
  • You cancel within an active billing period, and the refund follows the pro-rated formula.
  • You experience a technical issue that prevents core functionality, and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 days.
  • A duplicate payment was made due to a system error.
Refunds will NOT be granted if:
  • You cancel after the full usage period has ended.
  • You request a refund after your subscription has fully ended (e.g., canceling in the last month of an annual plan).
  • You request a refund without valid proof of an issue (e.g., general dissatisfaction).
  • You do not submit a formal refund request via email or WhatsApp. Verbal requests will not be processed.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Step 1: Contact us via email or WhatsApp (verbal requests will not be accepted).
Step 2: Provide your account details and reason for cancellation.
Step 3: If eligible, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Yes. You get full access to core features, onboarding assistance, and support so you can properly evaluate Vizzard before subscribing.

You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support. Refunds (where applicable) are prorated for unused months in the current cycle, minus a 2% processing fee—see our Refund Policy.

You can request a full export (clients, appointments, invoices, reports). If you don’t continue, we schedule your account for deletion per our retention policy, except where law requires limited retention.

Yes. Plan changes take effect at the next renewal. Upgrades to yearly are applied at the end of the current billing cycle. Plans renew per your selected term; you can turn off auto-renew before the renewal date on your billing page. See Pricing for details.

Early-bird pricing starts at ₹899/month (billed annually) for a limited time. Regular pricing starts at ₹1,899/month. All plans include AI automation, WhatsApp integration, and all core features.

No hidden costs. We offer transparent pricing. Assisted onboarding (incl. WhatsApp WABA setup) may have a one-time fee; self-onboarding is free.
